When Your Offer, Not Your Content, Is the Real Problem
MARKET PULLER · DIAGNOSIS
When your offer, not your content, is the real problem.
Content can explain and distribute value. It cannot invent value the buyer does not believe is there.
Signal 1: people ask what you actually do after reading your page
Your content may be clear sentence by sentence while the offer itself remains fuzzy.Signal 2: people like the content but do not care about the next step
Attention without buying intent can mean the topic is interesting but the offer is not urgent or specific enough.Signal 3: every prospect needs a custom explanation
If the offer changes depending on who asks, the positioning may be doing too much work after the click.Signal 4: discounts create action but clarity does not
That can indicate the perceived value is too low at the current price, or the offer is too easy to postpone.Try this before making more content
Write: “We help [specific buyer] get [specific useful outcome] by [credible mechanism].” If that sentence is difficult to make concrete, work on the offer before building a larger content machine.
